Lulu Wants to Know Stuff

You heard me right …Lulu wants to be in the know.  And because of this, I’ve created a new segment of Lulu’s Laundry.  If you check out the right sidebar of my Home page, you will see a link under Pages called Lulu Wants to Know.

So, I guess you’re all wondering what Lulu wants to know (Hello?  Anyone?).  Well, each week I’ll be conducting a poll of whatever question I happen to be pondering.  This week, I am greatly concerned about the consumption of meatloaf.  So, all you have to do is go to the page and place your vote.  So that Lulu will be in the know.  And in return, I’ll let you know what the results are, and I’ll also let you know when I’m posting a new poll.  Capesh?

Don’t roll your eyes, people.  This is supposed to be fun.  And entertaining!

And while we’re talking about things that I want to know, let’s talk about Comments on my blog posts, y’all.  I’m not feeling the love.  So, I’ve decided that some people might be scared to leave a comment.  So, for those of you that are scared, I’ll give you a few stock phrases that you can use if you like to visit Lulu, but for some reason you’re just at a loss for words.  Lulu understands…my stories might frighten you.  So, feel free to pick one of the following comments, and use it to the best of your ability:

  • Hi!
  • Your blog was funny today.
  • You are pretty.
  • Seriously?  Are you kidding?
  • Why did GR do/say that?
  • I don’t know you, but I like your blog.
  • What was GR thinking?
  • Tee-hee.
  • I’m confused/scared/perplexed.
  • GR is pretty.
  • That was not a funny story.
  • Sounds like you could use some hot-buttered bread.

Okay, well I guess that’s enough for now.  Hopefully, you’ll find one that you like, and just go with it!  Oh, and I’m trying to keep a respectable blog, so keep it clean people!

I question the phrase GR is pretty unless put in the context Gr is pretty funky or perhaps GR is pretty crazy.

Also, I will speak with Tracy concerning blog ethics and respectable rhetoric.

Dave L: I believe that it was your comments that Lulu was referring to.
