Monday, Monday…

It’s Monday, and I am not excited.  I have been packing up stuff all weekend in preparation for the installation of the hardwood floors, and it’s like moving, y’all!  I have everything off the floor from the dining room, office, and kitchen packed and stored between two bedrooms and the living room, and I have a makeshift office set up in the bedroom.  And I’ve decided that there’s enough wires hooked up between my hard drive, printer, modem, router, and telephone, that a house fire could occur at any moment.  I am not used to this much disorganization and exposed wire, and it’s driving me to drink!  At my neighbor’s house, no less!  And on a Sunday night!  But I must say, Judd–you make an awesome raspberry martini, and we’ll be back on Wednesday night to camp out until the stain is dry on our floors.  And, be sure Rach added vodka to your shopping list.  Armadale, please.

In the midst of the moving, disorganization, and exposed wire, I have also been trying to write my recap of the weekend.  So quickly, on Friday night, we had a delightful evening with Phoo and Big H at the local taco hut where we spent most of our time listening to GR philosophize about raising children.  But then somehow our conversation turned to talk of debauchery and the such, so we finished our tacos and vowed to do it again soon.  And then, there was Saturday night.  However, because it’s Monday and I just don’t have the energy or will to explain, I leave you with this picture so that you can formulate your own theory as to why GR is wearing a blazer and sipping tea.  I will provide details next time.

For your viewing pleasure…

Well…again to kudos to GR for looking goooood!
How GQ he looks in the blazer. At first glance he looks like a man of deep thought and high intellect. However, do keep in mind at first glance !
It’s good GR is going out to an upscale tea room, he does bring a certain flare of country elegance. To someone who does not know GR, the little finger in the air may show sophistication. However, we who know and love GR, are aware the one finger in the air is a sign to Lulu that he is going to the restroom to do a number one.

Throw your socks in the wash!
