Hi! Just wanted to give you a quick update on the floor situation. The floors are nailed down and stained! And it smells! And it’s mass confusion! And that’s all I got.
As soon as the final coat of sealer (?) goes on, I’ll take some pictures and share them with y’all. I’m sure that you’re waiting with abated breath. But for now, just know that this is an exhausting process, and that the dogs are confused because they can’t come upstairs. And I’m confused because I have furniture and wires in places where there shouldn’t be furniture and wires. And Gus is confused because he wants food, but he can’t get to the kitchen (please, don’t call DFACS!). And GR? Well, GR is normally confused, so nothing new there.
Anyway, I’m working on my post for Friday, so I’ll have more information and possibly pictures then. So, have a happy Thursday!
I feel for GR’s family. This type of change, causes major stress for GR. Major stress results in delusionary confusion to GR resulting in constipation and ill temper. I wish Lulu and her family all the best during this time.
