		<description>You can never ruin ground beef... sort of like eggs... if you try to do over easy and things break up... just wreck them and call them scrambled.  Personally I like meatloaf.  When I was a kid the Betty Crocker Cook Book for Boys and Girls had a recipe that became the family recipe for meatloaf.  We doubled, tripled, quadrupled it, froze it and always had one ready to pop in the oven.  No, you can&#039;t beat meatloaf.</description>
