Lulu, I think I would spend the GC on sme of the great signiture appetizers( bloomin onion, of course, cheese fires (my favo) and coconut shrimp) and then order up a thuder from down under for dessert. You crack me up! My MIL is so obsessed with Bloomin’ Onions that she has spent DAYS trying to figure out the recipe.

I was really hoping that the new menu items would include something veggie-freak friendkly. Alas, Bloomin’ Onions and dessert it is, as usual. For some reason, that doesn’t sound all that bad!
