My Just Desserts
As I started to dig into my evening dessert while watching American Idol, GR looked over at me to see what I was eating (i.e. he wanted some…dessert, that is).
“What are you eating?” he asked.
“Amaretto Cheesecake yogurt,” I replied merrily.
“Amaretto, as in Amaretto-that-you-threw-up-all-over-the-backyard, Amaretto?” he taunted.
“No, Amaretto, as in Ama-retto-to-kick-yo-ass-if-you-don’t-shut-up, Amaretto,” I retorted.

The title of the post up there? Those are the only German words that I know. And sadly, only two of the four words are actual German, and when put together, they make no sense. Obviously, ben is not even a German word. Perhaps I’m spelling it wrong. Translated to English it means:
