If you’re ever in Philadelphia, you must go on Chef Joseph Poon’s Wok ‘N Walk Tour of Chinatown. He is so energetic and fun, and even though I could only understand about every third word that he spoke, the tour was a blast! That is until we visited an underground Chinese seafood market, and then I started getting a little quesy…

I would not have lasted long. I get emotional walking past the live lobster tank in our super market.

I am actually contemplating, seriously, to become a vegetarian or vegan. This is one notch on the vegan/vegetarian pro side. UGH.
I think taking the tour would just solidify my atempt. Maybe I should go take it. haha

Oh, ugh - I agree with you - I’d have a very hard time seeing this too. Did you have the urge to grab a basket of something live - run toward a body of water - toss them in and scream “Be FREE Nemo, be free!!!!!!” - liberating, lol.

I can still smell the smell of the fish market when we went to Hong Kong. I’m sure it’s pretty similar smell. However, the food that came from those fish is incredible. Now I’m hungry! Garlic Frog Legs anyone?
