What about Lulu? I’m a 36-year old 38-year-old 39-year old writer of technical documentation (how fantastically boring!) who just needs a creative outlet to talk about my everyday life!

So, please humor me in my everyday rants and airing of laundry about the wonderful people in my life:

• my devoted husband—GR, as in G. R., not Grrrr! (GR is not his actual name, but it’s what he aspires to be called one day when he’s old and grumpy. So, because he’s sometimes grumpy, but not yet old, I’ll go ahead and humor him.)
• my amusing and sometimes clever teenage 20-something son—Gus (one of his many nicknames; others include Gusterson, J-Dawg, Junior, June Bug, and J)
• my slobbering basset hound—Billy Ray (yes, he has nicknames too–William Ray, Sir William, Bill, and Big Bill)
• my nomadic cat—Jack (Jackson Brown and Kitty)
• my Jack Russell terror—Bindi Sue (also known as Bindi Boo, Boodles, Boo-Boo, and currently Doo-doo head)
